Anca leads the Bucharest operations of Boyden, using her experience of over 11 years in Board level HR roles in Pepsi Cola Romania and Vodafone Romania, alongside her management consulting experience of 4 years in Gemini Consulting Romania, member of Cap Gemini. Anca’s experience lies mainly in the area of managing vast change programs within the organisation and consulting multinational accounts at top executive level. Through her roles and projects she was active both locally and throughout the CEE region.
Anca graduated the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, Faculty of Cybernetics and Economic Planning in 1989, later studying in Canada, obtaining her MBA at the University of Ottawa, Canada, in 1994. She is a founding member of the HR professional association in Romania, being active in the Board since 2004. Anca is also a licensed coach by Star’s Edge International, USA. She is supporting IRSCA, the association for Gifted Education in Romania.
