Managing Director of Boyden Vienna, Andreas leads the search business of Boyden for Austria and CEE working closely with all practice groups, particularly board search, financial services, human resources, industrial, professional services, and technology.

His expertise lies in strategic consulting for board level, national and multinational executive search as well as management audits in Austria and the Central- and Eastern European region. In this context Andreas is regularly involved in comprehensive start-up mandates and change management for global players in a wide range of industries

Before joining Boyden, Andreas held senior positions with several leading global search firms, serving as Regional Managing Partner for Austria and Eastern Europe at one leading firm, and Regional Partner and Chairman of the global IT/telecom practice of another. Prior to entering the search business, Andreas worked at the United Nations in Geneva, and later developed and managed an executive education program in Vienna.

Andreas is an elected Board member of several NPO institutions in Vienna. He also holds an advanced degree in international law and a postgraduate Master's Degree in European studies from the College of Europe in Bruges/Warsaw.
