Amanda Worthington serves as a Principal in the Boyden Chicago office and as a member of the firm’s global consumer goods and industrial practices. As a principal at Boyden Chicago, her focus is on client satisfaction and candidate development.  She has successfully placed C-level and Vice President candidates in general management, marketing & sales, product development, operations, supply chain, shared services, human resources, and finance in the industrial, not-for-profit, and consumer packaged goods industries. These clients have been publicly traded, privately held, and majority-owned by private equity firms. Engagements have been conducted in the United States, Europe, and Asia.  Her prior search experience includes a Chicago-based boutique search firm.

Ms. Worthington earned a bachelor’s in psychology from Loyola University Chicago, graduating magna cum laude.  She also earned her Master’s in Business Administration in marketing and human resources from Loyola University Chicago, magna cum laude. She is a lifetime member of Phi Beta Kappa.  Amanda serves as the Secretary of Loyola’s National Alumni Advisory Board, the immediate Past President of the Loyola GOLD Board, and an advisory member to the Board of  Trustees.
