Amanda Worthington

Amanda Worthington serves as an Associate in the Boyden Chicago office. With over five years of various recruiting experience, her primary focus is on candidate development and relationship-building. She sources, contacts, interviews, and qualifies every candidate who is later presented to her clients.  She has successfully completed searches for C-level officers and vice presidents for both public and private companies in the industries of consumer packaged goods, information technology, managed care, financial services, insurance, and not-for-profit. These engagements have been conducted in both the United States and Europe.

Prior to joining Boyden, Ms. Worthington worked as an Executive Search Project Manager for a national staffing firm that focused on the insurance industry, specifically in the health care and health insurance arenas. She successfully completed a number of director and vice president level searches during her tenure there.  

Ms. Worthington earned a Bachelors in psychology, honors, from Loyola University Chicago, graduating magna cum laude. She also earned her Masters in Business Administration in human resources and marketing from Loyola University Chicago, magna cum laude. As an undergraduate student at Loyola, Ms. Worthington served as President of Alpha Sigma Nu. She is a life-long member of Phi Beta Kappa and serves on the Loyola Young Alumni Board, the Blue Ribbon Task Force for Loyola's $500 million Reimagine building campaign, and Loyola's National Alumni Advisory Board.
