John Loiacano

John Loiacano serves as a Senior Associate and Director of Research, and is a member of the Global Consumer Products Practice. With more than ten years of experience in retained executive search, he has played an active role in research and search strategy, candidate identification, development, and evaluation. He heads the research department for the Chicago office of Boyden, and manages research for all search assignments.

Before joining Boyden, Mr. Loiacano worked as a Senior Recruitment Manager for a professional services firm offering a range of innovative and effective recruiting solutions. He started his career with a top-five executive search firm, where he began as a Research Associate specializing in the financial services, healthcare, consumer goods, and technology industries. He has facilitated searches in most business functions from the director to chief executive level.

Mr. Loiacano received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Merrimack College in North Andover, Massachusetts.
