Paul is a Managing Director in Boyden's Chicago office, where he leads C-suite and board-level engagements in the industrial and consumer practice areas for public, private/family owned, and private equity sponsored organizations.

He has enjoyed a distinguished career in executive search and team leadership at the partnership level for a number of top-tier firms. Prior to joining Boyden, he held a key role with a well-respected Chicago boutique firm. There, he focused on board members, chief executive officers, and chief operating officers in middle market consumer and industrial products manufacturing, with revenues from $20 million to $20 billion, including public, private/family-owned, and private equity-sponsored organizations. He also recruited senior functional leaders at the vice president level and above in finance, supply chain, operations, procurement, marketing, sales, administration, technology, strategy, human resources, audit, tax, and R&D.

Earlier in his career, Paul gained valuable corporate experience in marketing, sales and strategy positions with Beatrice Foods Co. and Baxter Laboratories. He also served as a business analyst at Exxon.

Paul holds a BS in Applied Mechanics, and an MBA with a concentration in marketing and finance, both from Washington University (US).
