Trina Gordon is a member of Boyden World Corporation’s Board of Directors and currently serves as Chairman. She has been a member of the Board since 2001. In addition to her contributions and commitment to Boyden’s Board of Director’s, Ms. Gordon is a Managing Director of Boyden Chicago.

Ms. Gordon joined Boyden in 1990. Prior to joining the firm, she was a Partner at William H. Clark Associates, Inc. from 1977 to 1990. She has extensive experience in management consulting and executive search for multinational corporations, privately held companies, as well as industrial, consumer, and distribution organizations.
Having conducted numerous highly successful search engagements for diversified corporations, new business ventures and Fortune 500 companies, as well as a broad range of not-for-profit institutions and their boards, Ms. Gordon is highly regarded for her commitment to client service and adhering to highest levels of professional quality and integrity. Her vast experience includes the following sectors: publishing and printing, non-durable and durable consumer products, office products and business equipment, plastics and packaging, industrial, and not-for-profit.

Functionally, she has successfully conducted engagements for president and chief executive officers, chief operating officers, and business unit leadership as well as a wide variety of C-level executives. During the last ten years, she has worked extensively with multinational companies on a global basis. Ms. Gordon has provided assistance to numerous U.S. corporations in attracting key leadership around the world, managing multiple global engagements in a key account capacity.

In addition to her work for the companies and institutions she serves professionally, Ms. Gordon currently serves as President, Friends of Prentice, of the Prentice Women's Hospital and Maternity Center of Northwestern Memorial Hospital and is a member of Northwestern Memorial Hospital's Campaign Steering Committee. She is also a member of the Board of Governors of the Chicago Zoological Society; and is President, Board of Directors of a Chicago Real Estate Association.

Ms. Gordon is cited in The New Career Makers - North America's Top Executive Recruiters, a Harper business publication, and Road to CEO, an Adams Media publication. She has also been featured on Nightly Business Report, a Chicago television program, in the Wall Street Journal, Directors Monthly, and on WallStreetJournal.com.

Ms. Gordon holds both BS and MA degrees from Auburn University, and has completed the Boyden Advanced Management Program at Northwestern's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
