Anne Raphaël is a Partner of the Boyden Paris office.

Before joining Boyden, Anne was Principal then Partner for a Paris-based executive research firm specializing in top management, where she developed business relationships with international clients in the fields of fashion, perfumes & cosmetics, media, selective distribution and luxury brands, leading searches in Europe, North America, Middle East and Asia.

Prior to search, Anne managed her career in operational marketing, commercial development and to the top of Yves Saint Laurent where she was Managing Director for Perfumes & Cosmetics in France.

She started her career in sales with Procter & Gamble before moving into luxury goods. Her path at YSL Beauté Group led her through several positions, from Area Sales manager to Travel Retail manager to International Marketing Director, to Marketing Director-France and finally Managing Director for the French subsidiary.

Anne Raphaël is a graduate of Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris, and holds an MBA from Georgia State University. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
