Blandine Cordier-Palasse is in charge of the Tax and Legal practice, Financial communication and Investors' relations.

Blandine practiced Law for 22 years both as a lawyer and Paris Bar member with SLAUGHTER AND MAY (British law firm) for 6 years and as a General Counsel with reputed corporations such as PARFINANCE ( a Paris listed Investment holding company), SIPAREX (a Paris listed Private Equity Investment company ) and GEMPLUS (the Nasdaq and Paris listed worldwide leader in smartcards),  a varied and rich background ideal for a Partner at Boyden.

Blandine has a PhD in Law from Sorbonne University and Master in Finance from ESCP, a reputed French Business school. She is “avocat”, a member of the Paris Bar.

She is a member of ANDD (French Association of “Docteurs en Droit”), Cercle Montesquieu and IFA (Institute of French Board of Directors).
