Cathy is a Partner in Boyden UK. Her main focus today is placing CIOs and their top teams across a broad range of sectors. A modern languages graduate, Cathy joined IBM in a technical support role quickly moving into senior sales and marketing roles within the retail banking sector. Following seven successful years she joined the investment banking sector team at Oracle, working with clients such as Barclays Capital, Schroders and Global Asset Management.

Her nine year career in executive search began at another leading search firm where she focused on senior technology roles, ultimately heading the technology practice. Subsequently joining another top tier search firm, she was a key member of their CIO practice working with clients in public sector, retail banking and insurance.
