Chris began his career in executive search with Boyden when he re-established the Malaysian office in 1996. Over the next six years, he positioned the company as one of the country’s leading international executive search firms within the telecommunications and technology sectors after having grown a consulting base of world-class companies in industries ranging from FMCG, MLM, pharmaceutical, retail, and luxury goods to specialty chemicals, engineering plastics, petrochemicals, utilities, and automotive components to management consultancy, banking and financial services, and transportation.

A graduate in Civil Engineering from the United States, Chris also holds an MBA and an accounting qualification from Australia. He spent his early years in construction management, then moved into industrial marketing and general management in the water treatment and distribution, food processing and automation, and building products sectors, working for Korean, Swedish, Italian, and Australian companies. He has fourteen years of commercial experience.

Presently, as Managing Director of Boyden global executive search in Malaysia, Chris continues to serve multinational companies in their search for managerial, technical, and professional talent at senior and middle levels.
