Deborah Hardee has more than twenty years of corporate human resources management, consulting and search experience. Her industry experience includes financial services, energy, health care and not-for-profit.
Ms. Hardee began her career in not-for-profit and transferred her skills into corporate recruiting and consulting through the staffing and recruitment industry. Deborah worked with JPMorgan Chase for 14 years, initially in executive recruiting. She then assumed a role in organizational development and was involved with succession planning and organizational change. Deborah also initiated corporate diversity and mentoring programs in the Texas region.
Deborah handles high profile searches at the Board, Chairman, President and CFO levels as well as functional heads of operations, finance, sales and marketing, and human resources. She is actively involved in all facets of the search process.
Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree from Southern Methodist University and a Master’s degree from the Union Institute and University. Deborah is active in a number of not-for-profit organizations in Houston, including Cancer Counseling, Inc., Da Camera and The Museum of Fine Arts Houston.
