Tim Hogan is a Senior Associate based in Boyden's Baltimore office. Prior to entering search, he had a distinguished corporate career as Vice President Human Resources and Staffing Leader across a variety of industries. More recently, Tim was the Managing Director of another retained executive search firm in Baltimore.

Tim’s career included several senior level Human Resources positions. He was the Global Vice President of Human Resources with Black & Decker Corporation and the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Zurich Commercial. He arrived in the Baltimore area in 1992 to design and implement the executive leadership structure for USF&G Insurance. Prior leadership roles include Vice President International Human Resources with Sylvan Learning Systems. Tim spent his early career in progressively responsible Human Resource roles with PepsiCo, Inc.

Tim holds a B.A. degree from Seton Hall University and completed his graduate studies in Industrial Relations at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
