Antoine Kamphuis joined Boyden in May 1998, as a Senior Vice President & Partner within the Financial Practice in Paris.

Born in 1957, he obtained an MBA from Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales (ESSEC). He early gained an international culture and exposure from a Dutch–French family based in Singapore, then in South Africa.

He started working with the French Ministry of Industry in 1981, within the Department for International Development, mainly focused on Franco – Asian cooperation in electronics and computer industries, automotive, ceramics and new materials, etc … He moved in 1986 to join Banque Louis Dreyfus, French arm of Groupe Bruxelles–Lambert in France, as an Executive within the Investment Banking Division.

He entered Executive Search business in 1987, started up his own search firm KM Finance in 1989, which was integrated to Accord Group, Beigbeder & Partners in 1994. Antoine Kamphuis has developped a strong expertise in the investment banking sector : mergers & acquisitions, structured finance, real estate, new issues, etc … And, more recently, worked for private equity funds, to assist them in the constitution of management teams for LBOs in various sectors.
