Paulo Mottola is a Managing Director for Boyden Sao Paulo.

He started his career with American Express and later became a Human Resources executive with international responsibilities in such companies as Procter & Gamble, Novartis and Unilever.

Besides Brazil, Paulo has also lived and worked in Switzerland, Belgium and the US as an HR executive.

Paulo Mottola obtained his BA degree from Universidade de São Paulo and a Master of Organizational Behavior from Brigham Young University.
