Mr. Perri joined Boyden International in 1995 as consultant before, but a few months later became associate and Managing Director of Boyden Institute which is getting established as one of the most prestigious Management Development Institutes in Rome.

From 1978 to 1985 he was responsible for the Personnel Selection and Development Department of Alitalia. After he joined Fideuram (1985-1989) in Rome, a leading mutual fund company, as head of the Personnel Selection and Development Department. From 1989 to 1993 he was in Athena Consulenza in Rome, a well know Management Consultancy company as associate where Gianni matured significant experience in different areas such as executive search, middle management selection, management development, potential and organizational analysis. For one year he was free lance consultant mainly with Fininvest.

Giovanni Perri, born in Rome in 1953, has 2 sons and is a graduate on Psychology in 1976 at “La Sapienza” University in Rome.
