Hubert Stampler joined Boyden as Managing Partner in September 2001 and is located at the Dusseldorf office.

Prior to his start at Boyden, Hubert Stampler has been for many years with the personnel consulting firm Neumann, where he began as Consultant in 1975 and became Manager / Partner of the German daughter company of H. Neumann Management Consultants three years later.

With the start of the executive search business within Neumann-Group in 1981, Hubert Stampler was promoted to Managing Partner of H. Neumann International GmbH, Dusseldorf helping well known domestic and international clients in searching and evaluating candidates for top management positions. Main areas of clients were consumer goods, machinery and equipment – as well as manufacturing and chemical industry. The specific focus, however, has been on automotive. In 1998 Hubert Stampler has been elected Automotive Practice Leader responsible for worldwide coordination and international automotive key account management.

He started his professional career at FORD Motor Company in Germany in 1971 where he held different human resources functions in Cologne as well as in the European Headquarters at Warley / UK from 1973 to 1974. When he returned from Great Britain, he continued as HR Manager within the German Ford-Operations at Cologne. Hubert Stampler studied Law at the University of Graz / Austria, where he obtained a PhD in Law in 1971.
