Damian joined the firm in 2003. He has successfully completed searches for Chief Financial Officers and Chief Information Officers, as well as Directors of Human Resources, Mergers & Acquisition, and other senior level Finance and Accounting positions. He has worked in a variety of sectors including commercial, industrial, education, not-for-profit and financial services. Prior to joining Boyden, he was a search consultant with Plante & Moran, a regional accounting and management consulting firm, where he focused on middle market clients.

Preceding his search career, Damian worked for 15 years as a Controller, Finance Director and CFO for several Michigan companies. He began his professional career as an Audit Manager with Price Waterhouse (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) in the Chicago, Tulsa and Detroit offices.

Damian received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree (with distinction) from the University of Michigan and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Damian maintains an office in Birmingham, Michigan in order to better serve Boyden's Michigan-based clients.
