Prior to joining Boyden in 2007, Mr. Canali founded his own search and human resources consulting firm which he managed for more than ten years, working for top class multinational clients.

Before entering the consulting business, Alberto worked for the Group Danone where he was Human Resources Manager, for Birra Peroni as Head of Organizational Training and Internal Communication for SAIWA and as Organizational Analyst at Kronenbourg.

Alberto Canali is a certified consultant and instructor in the Six Sigma approach to Quality.

He holds a degree in Electronics Engineering from “La Sapienza” University in Rome, a Master degree in Management Engineering from Tor Vergata University in Rome and is currently a Ph.D. student in Management Engineering at Tor Vergata University in Rome, conducting a research on Private Equity firms.

Besides Italian, he speaks fluent English and French.

Alberto was born in Taranto and educated in Rome, where he lives.
