Andy Lam is a Director in Boyden Global Executive Search’s Hong Kong office. He is responsible for banking and financial services across Hong Kong and Greater China.

Prior to his appointment, Andy was with international and boutique executive search in Hong Kong. He has more than eight years solid experience in senior executive search across Asia Pacific. He focuses predominantly in the banking and financial services sector with a particular emphasis on senior level searches in Financial Markets, Private Banking, Investment Banking and Insurance.

Andy has a diverse set of consulting skills in business turnaround, human resources consulting, outsourcing, business planning, process improvement, performance management, project management and M&A including strategic change management.
