Mr. Cellè joined Boyden in early 1989 as Managing Director. He started his activity in the management consultancy area in 1979 with MS&A, one of Italy's leading consulting companies, specializing in staff recruitment and selection. In 1980 Mr. Cellè founded Talenta - P & A and later served as President of Partners & Associati, a management consulting firm. His professional experience spans all functions of personnel management with multinational companies. This includes Richardson Merrell, Vick International and Zambon, the pharmaceutical group. Born in Milan, Mr. Cellè is a graduate of the International University of Social Studies with a degree in Business Management. Later he continued his studies at the University in the area of Personnel Management.
