Armagan Kilic studied law and in parallel science of history and ethnology at the Justus-Liebig-University in Gießen, Germany. In addition to his German law degree with honours he gained an international Master’s Degree in Business Law. In his jurisprudential doctoral thesis Armagan Kilic is focusing on European-Turkish legal issues.

Since 1998 he is working in human resources consultancy, at first within a German management consultants company and since the beginning of 2002 at Boyden International, based in Bad Homburg, near Frankfurt/Main. Armagan Kilic is focusing on middle management and specialist functions in traditional industry sectors as well as in the field of financial service providers, law and management consulting firms by direct approach. He is also managing recruitment and consultancy mandates within the German-Eastern European and European-Turkish business world.

Armagan Kilic is married and has a daughter. He is native speaker of German and Turkish and in addition speaks English and Russian. Mr. Kilic is an active member of various international NGO´s.
