Armagan Kilic is a Principal of the Boyden Bad Homburg office.

Since 1998 he has been working in human resources consultancy, at first within Fenner & Partner, a German management and recruiting consultants company with focus on national and international middle management positions and highly qualified specialists. As Senior Consultant he was responsible for challenging search and recruiting projects in the field of  German and European industrial markets. Thereby he played a key role within the company’s Research Competence Center and became a specialist for professional and systematic research methods to generate profound information according to candidate and company profiles. His motto is that finding the best and right candidate is not a matter of pure good luck but of systematic investigation strategies and complicated research work.

After Fenner & Partner became Interselect Human Resources Consulting, a company of the Hannover Finance Group, Armagan Kilic continued to enlarge his recruiting und HR evaluation competence as Senior Consultant in the sector of national and international financial service providers, especially in commercial banking, but also in the field of insurance companies and legal service providers.

Since the beginning of 2002 he has been working at Boyden International as a specialist in the recruiting and evaluation of specialist and middle management professionals across a broad spectrum of functions and industries. He also manages recruitment and consultancy mandates within the German-Eastern European and European-Turkish business world.

Armagan Kilic studied law and simultaneously science of history and ethnology at the Justus-Liebig-University in Gießen, Germany. In addition to his German law degree with honours he gained an international Master’s Degree in Business Law with focus on transnational legal issues. Armagan Kilic is native speaker of German and Turkish and in addition he is fluent in English and has basic knowledge in French and Russian.
