Belgin Özbek graduated form Robert College in Istanbul in 1988 and has received her B.S. in Mathematics from Bosphorous University in 1993.

She began her professional career in Demirbank as a Management Trainee. She worked at Corporate Banking Department at the Headquarters for 1 year; later promoting to senior Account Officer at Karaköy and Beylikdüzü Branches for the following 4 years. She pursued her career at Dışbank between 1998 and 2004. She promoted to Branch Manager in 2000 at Maslak Branch and became the Main Branch Manager and had the responsibility of 40 people.

She ran her own business of foreign trade for one year and joined Boyden Istanbul team as a research consultant in 2006. She primarily worked on finance & banking positions. She promoted to Consultant position in 2007 and has been working in mid and top level executive search projects with a strong focus in the Banking Sector followed by industries like Construction, Real Estate and Retail.

Member of BÜMED (Bosphorus University Alumni Club), Belgin is married with one daughter.
