Maintaining the highest ethical standards and professional practices for over 20 years, Chainarong has successfully placed senior executives in a diverse range of industries for Multinational Companies and Conglomerates Thai Companies in this country. Chainarong is a Chairman of a business research and management consultancy with global affiliations. He is an active member of the National Salary Board, National Statistics Office, National Manpower Planning Board, National School & Universities Quality Assessment Board, State Enterprises Performance Evaluation Committee, Ministry of Finance, and Office of the Civil Service Commission.

Formerly a civil servant, university researcher and lecturer and adviser to the Prime Minister, he was also the President of Thai-Canadian Chamber of Commerce, Director of the Board of Trade, Director of Thailand Management Association, Co-chairman of the Thai Government Relations Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Thailand, Director of Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research and an Executive Director of state-owned bank in Thailand.

A social science researcher and business executive with long consulting experience in economics, social and human resources development, Chainarong received his degrees and training in Thailand, United Kingdom, and the United States of America. He has completed Senior Executive Program in Corruption Control and Organizational Integrity from Harvard University and Building, Leading & Sustaining the Innovative Organization at Sloan School of Management in USA.
