Charlie began his executive search career in 1981, after having spent
several successful years in management leadership roles within recognized
NYSE listed companies.

Charlie was formerly President of a leading international search firm and
was a member of the firm's worldwide executive board.

His extensive search experience includes the conducting of executive
search assignments, particularly, at the President, COO and CEO levels in
organizations that have multiple operations on an international basis,
with specific expertise in recruiting Americans in leadership roles for
foreign parent companies.

In the most recent past, he has recruited over 40 Presidents in the United
States for companies of British parentage alone, who have significant
holdings in the US.

The industries in which he has recruited range from supply chain
management,aerospace,logistics, automotive, industrial and business services to
high technology oriented companies with a concentration at the top tier of
organizations.

He holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and a Masters
degree in Management from Ball State University.
