Career History
Christine Alibert started her professional career in 1974 at the Institut Français de l’emballage et du conditionnement, the trade body for the French packaging industry, where she was responsible for market research for three years.

From 1978 to 1983 she worked for a leading human resources consultancy in Abidjan, developing their middle management training and recruitment business.

In 1984 she joined Cabinet Henri Philippe where she specialised as a recruitment consultant for senior executives, before moving to the consultancy arm of Coopers & Lybrand in 1989. She later became a partner at Meridian from 1993 to 2003.

After two years in Africa working as adviser to the minister for training and professional development, she joined Boyden in 2005 as Associate Director within the Industry Practice.

Market Experience
Christine Alibert has in-depth experience of a variety of professional cultures, from process industries to manufacturing and extraction. She has assisted businesses with complex recruitment requirements. In particular, she has been involved with large multinational organisations, dealing with immigration issues and multiple sites recruitment, as well as with start-ups, and with challenges which were unique to the businesses concerned.

Training
A graduate of EDC, Christine has continuously developed her skills and knowledge by regularly taking part in training programmes and courses on personnel management and new human resources trends.
