Conrad is a Partner of Boyden UK.

Following a degree in Accounting at Kent University, Conrad began a career in recruitment advertising sales. He entered recruitment consultancy in 1991 by joining McGregor Boyall, and helped lead the transformation of the business from a technology to financial services specialist. He was invited to join JM Management Services in 1994, where he was promoted to the leadership team in 1997 and to Director, Retail Financial Services Practice in 2003.

Conrad has delivered search and selection assignments for IT, business transformation & operations leaders across all segments of financial services – including retail banking, cards/loans & mortgages, life & pensions/insurance, asset management & investment banking.

His clients have included Barclays Group, HBOS, Lloyds TSB, Royal Bank of Scotland, Norwich Union, Munich Re, Fidelity Investments, JP MorganChase and Morgan Stanley.
