Based in Bucharest, Cristian Ciolacu draws on more than seven years of search and selection experience.  His industry expertise is broad-based, ranging from technology to consumer, industrial to financial services.

He has worked extensively in Central and Eastern Europe, where his experience includes managing multi-country assignments for large, complex organizations, as well as emerging growth enterprises.  He has completed appointments ranging from divisional and functional managers to general and regional managers, as well as board directors.

Prior to the search business, he worked two years with Jones Lang Wootton (now called Jones Lang LaSalle), where he learned key skills of due diligence reviews, market analysis, feasibility studies and project appraisals.  Cristian received his undergraduate degree in economics at The Academy of Economic Studies, Bucharest.
