Cyd joined the firm in 2001. Her search experience includes successfully completed searches for President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Vice Presidents of Information Technology, Sales & Marketing and Franchise Development, as well as Director level and Vice President positions for a variety of for-profit industries. Her search assignments in not-for-profit have included several Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director and Vice President of Development positions in healthcare, and Dean and Vice President of Institutional Advancement positions in higher education.

Prior to entering executive search, Cyd was Vice President, Business Process Improvement for National TechTeam, a provider of comprehensive knowledge-based support solutions. She has also held various telecommunications positions, including with IBM/ROLM Company, and was engaged in bond portfolio management with First of America Bank Corporation (now known as National City Bank). Cyd received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Albion College.

Cyd is a member of the Visiting Committee for Albion College’s Gerstacker Institute for Professional Management and the Detroit Regional Chamber.
