Dr. Max Schnopp

Prior to joining Boyden, Max Schnopp was Chairman and Senior Partner
of Ray & Berndtson's Zurich office. He is the founder of the DMS
Consulting Group a market leader focused on HR-Consulting and Search
Business in Switzerland. His earlier experiences include deputy head of a consulting
company, head of human resources at an international consulting company, head
of finance and administration in the automotive industry and head of
sales and marketing of a retail company all based in Switzerland.

Max Schnopp studied economics at the University of St. Gallen and
psychology at the University of Zurich. He holds a degree in business
administration management and a Ph.D.
