Dr. Ulrich Spandau has more than 25 years experience in General Management, Human Resources business and Consultancy.

Before joining Boyden Interim Management as Managing Partner, he was Head of HR at TÜV SÜD AG, a worldwide operating technical service provider. Prior to this responsibility he acted as a Member of the Management Board of an Interim Management company in Switzerland and Germany. As Senior Vice President Corporate HR he was at WALTER BAU AG, a construction and technology company, and before that he was Vice President Corporate Executive Resources at E.ON AG, an international power and gas provider. Dr. Ulrich Spandau has experience as General Manager in consultancy, especially in business process optimisation and outsourcing, change management and post-merger integration projects.

Dr. Ulrich Spandau has a master’s degree in adult education (Munich) and received a PhD in Organization (Hamburg).
