Fay is based in Johannesburg, South Africa and is a Director of the South African office. She was a consultant with Jupiter Executive Search for 3 years before its incorporation into the Boyden stable in June 2005. Prior to joining Jupiter, Fay was an associate with TASA International Executive Search, part of the TMP Group.

She has in excess of 10 years consulting experience in recruitment, 6 of which have been in Executive Search. During this period, she has worked in the areas of Financial Services, IT and Telecoms, Logistics and Supply Chain solutions, Mining and Manufacturing. Fay started her career in FMCG Marketing and also ran a small business for a number of years.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts Honors Degree in Psychology from the University of South Africa and is a member of the Business Women’s Association.
