Gabrielle joined the Dubai office of Boyden Middle East to focus on capturing talent from both an international and local platform, maximizing Dubai’s position as a natural hub for globally mobile professionals. 

Upon graduating from the University of London, Gabrielle joined a leading global consultancy specializing in recruiting finance professionals in London and then New Zealand. Upon returning to the UK Gabrielle, built and led regional teams for an entrepreneurial, privately owned finance recruiter for the next six years. More recently, Gabrielle was working with a high growth search and selection plc, where she successfully established a specialist HR Practice, delivering HR Directors and senior HR specialists into global FTSE and SME organizations. Her role was expanded, to incorporate the management of the Sales and Marketing practice, and culminated as Head of Practice for both Consumer Financial Services and Professional Services.

Gabrielle’s particular strength lies in developing long-lasting relationships, built upon an honest, informed approach, coupled with a perceptive analysis of a clients’ real need. She has delivered on senior campaigns for multinationals and small entrepreneurial start ups, covering a wide geographical remit, across a variety of sectors including Retail, Technology, Infrastructure, Insurance, Retail Banking and Property Development.
