Gamze Aksüt received her B.A. in Economics at Marmara University, Faculty of Administrative Sciences in 1989.

She began her professional career in FinansBank, as a Management Trainee. She worked at Capital Markets & Private Banking Department for more than three years. In 1993, she started to work for Bank Ekspres, in Retail Banking Department. She has pursued her career at Dışbank as Etiler Branch Manager between 1999 and 2002. She became a Director at Main Branch Area, in Retail Banking Department and had management responsibility of ten major branches.

She joined Boyden Istanbul team as a consultant. She has been working in mid and top level executive search projects with a strong focus in the Banking sector followed by industries like pharmaceuticals, FMCG, and retail.
