Geneviève joined Boyden in 2006 as Senior Vice President in charge of the Life Sciences and Biotechnology practice. She has over ten years experience in Executive Search.

She is a Medical Doctor, specializing in nutrition and she has attended a business management programme at EM Lyon, a leading French business school.

She started working as a Physician during three years before moving into the pharmaceutical world as a marketing manager with Servier Group. After different executive management positions, she moved in 1992 to consultancy activities: first marketing strategy consulting, and then human resources consulting. In 1994, she built up a health care division in a French executive search firm before joining a leading European Executive Search Group as a Partner where she acquired an international expertise, establishing a successful client’s portfolio in Life Sciences and Biotechnology.
