Gregg Smith is a Managing Director specializing in Inclusion and Diversity for the firm.

Gregg has completed executive searches and board searches for companies in financial services, retail, professional services, advertising, private equity and non-profit. Gregg provides advice and counsel to clients on how to recruit high- performance diverse executive talent. Minority and women executives who have a track record of accomplishment and the ability to lead and grow businesses. The Inclusion and Diversity specialty recruits across multiple industries and functions. The common denominator is clients who want a leadership team with different perspectives and outlooks. His consultative and strategic business approach has enabled Gregg to assist clients with not only with finding business leaders for today but bench strength for the future. Gregg has recruited C level candidates for marketing, human resources, finance, information science and tax.

Prior to his career in search, Gregg was a successful entrepreneur and was President of Brooke Staffing a full service staffing company based in Minneapolis. Earlier, Gregg held executive positions with American Express Financial Advisors, Pillsbury and Scientific Atlanta.

Gregg serves on the board of The Harlem School of the Arts. Gregg earned a bachelor's degree in Urban Studies at Georgia State University and a JD from Atlanta Law School. He and his wife live in New York City with their two children.
