Karen Fogh-Andersen is an Associate Partner at the Boyden Copenhagen office.

Karen conducts searches for executives, human resources and boards for Danish and International clients within various lines of businesses such as Consumer Goods, Life Science, Media, Manufacturing and IT.

Before becoming a Partner, Karen acted as Project Manager in conducting loyalty analysis for business-to-business as well as business-to-consumer clients for Danish and International companies in the Copenhagen office.

With more than 10 years of experience within the Executive Search business, Karen’s expertise encompasses employee and customer loyalty, and involves analytical projects as well as loyalty management programs.

Prior to search, Karen worked for a Scandinavian Courier Company where she was responsible for Sales & Marketing.  She also has a long track record in identifying managers and executives.

Karen Fogh-Andersen received her M.Sc. (Economics and Business Administration) from Copenhagen Business School.
