Kenneth is Managing Partner at the Boyden Denmark office and is a member of the Boyden Global Technology Practice Group and Boyden Financial Services Practice Group.

He has 15 years of search experience. His successful career in executive search is based in his well-respected passion about delivery and results, and commitment to both clients and candidates. He has a fundamental belief in the correlation between human behavior and the individual’s financial performance.

His search experience includes assignments for leading multinationals and local companies on the management and executive levels. He has worked with a variety of industries and functions, with a particular focus in consumer goods & retail, financial services, professional services, and technology. In addition, he has well-known expertise in the concept of international management assessment from working on top management assessments internationally.

Prior to joining the executive search business, he held positions with large multinational companies (including ISS and Unibank, now Nordea). He served as a director in another top-tier search firm before joining Boyden.

Kenneth holds a degree in finance (B.Sc.) and a diploma in HR development. He is a member of The Danish Management Society (VL59) and Chairman on the Board of Make A Wish Ønskefonden Denmark. He is also co-author of the book "Til og Fra Lederjobbet" published at Børsens Forlag and is a sought-after speaker on the topic of career development.
