Before her career in executive search, Linda Dai was an Account Manager at Develing Trade International Shanghai office and a Sales and Administration Assistant at Chindex, USA, a U.S company of medical devices, which had invested two joint venture hospitals in Beijing and Shanghai.

In 2000, Linda began her executive search career as a Consultant in Management Recruiters International (MRI), one of the largest executive search companies in the world. She received comprehensive professional training at MRI Singapore, where she established a solid foundation in professional executive search. Since June 2001, Linda continued her executive search career as a Senior Consultant at Boyden Global Executive Search, the first firm to focus entirely on retained executive search.  She is the core member during the company expansion in China.

Linda thus has seven years solid experience in executive search from middle to senior level positions in multinational companies. She is specialized in the consumer goods and manufacturing sectors as well as the functions of Human Resources and Logistics/Sourcing/Procurement. She has a proven track record with 100% success rate to deliver results to clients. Linda is a professional, results oriented, highly efficient, good quality deliverer. She has passion for executive search service and enjoys communicating with people as well as learning from people. She derives great satisfaction in helping her clients and candidates become more successful.

Linda has a Bachelor degree in International Trade from Hang Zhou University of Electronics and Engineering. She speaks native Mandarin and is fluent in English and Shanghainese dialect.
