Lisa Gerhardt is a Partner with Boyden London.

Lisa began her career in FMCG marketing, with Kimberly Clark in South Africa, before moving into the world of advertising as an account executive with McCann Erickson, working on premier brands such as Coca-Cola. Following a sabbatical spent traveling across Europe and Africa, Lisa continued her career as a Forms Management Consultant, and worked as Director for one of the leading firms in South Africa.

Returning to the UK in 1993, Lisa started her career as a search consultant, building a practice in professional services, before joining Sainty, Hird & Partners, to work alongside John Ellis. The business was acquired by Heidrick & Struggles in 2001, and Lisa moved into the Consumer Practice also establishing a successful portfolio in consumer healthcare. Lisa has experience across most functional areas, with a particular specialism in HR.
