A Medical Graduate from the United Kingdom, Magdy joined a bluechip service organization for over eighteen years. His main areas of expertise have been Business Development and General Management having managed businesses in France, Spain, Portugal, Eastern Europe and the Middle East and Africa in a country, regional and head office capacity.

Magdy has had extensive experience in commercial negotiations, start ups and joint ventures with both private and public sectors. In 1999, he started the first regionally based executive search firm affiliated to a global network and built up the business regionally to become a leading player in the field.  In February 2006 the firm joined Boyden global executive search and Magdy and his team continued their aggressive and successful development of the business.
