María Fernanda as Senior Consultant in Boyden Colombia has developed an extensive experience in management consulting and executive search for a broad base of clients, including fortune 500, middle market and privately held companies.

For two decades Miss Báez has successfully handled middle and senior executive search assignments in industries ranging from agricultural products, consumer products, pharmaceuticals and banking.

Her search assignments have encompassed virtually every aspect of the industries she serves. She has completed assignments across most business sectors. She excels at clients and recruiting that fit culturally as well as technically.

On a personal note, María Fernanda joined Boyden Colombia in the mid 80´s after receiving her B.S in Economics from the Catholic University and she is constantly updating her academic knowledge in areas such as marketing, finance and Human Resources.
