Mel is a Partner in the London office of Boyden. She specialises in the Consumer Goods, Retail, Hospitality and Leisure sectors. Her 14 years of experience in Executive Search, with blue chip firms, including Norman Broadbent, span commercial Board appointments across Marketing, Sales, Operations, HR and General Management disciplines.



Many of her clients operate globally and Mel executes or facilitates searches across Europe, the Middle East and North America and is familiar with prevailing cross-cultural and diversity issues.



Her early career was in Sales and Marketing where she worked in the Advertising, Publishing and IT vendor sectors.



Mel is a graduate in Marketing and modern languages and is a French speaker.
