Meredith Moore currently serves as a Managing Director in the Boyden San Francisco office. She has been in executive search for over eleven years in a diverse group of industries. Her experience includes consumer products and services, industrial companies, food technology and consumer technology companies. She focuses her professional portfolio in these functional areas: Senior Management, Marketing, Sales, Operations/Distribution, Manufacturing, Research and Development and Human Resources.

Prior to joining Boyden, Meredith was the Director of the Consumer
Products and Food Technology Practices for one of the largest boutique search firms in the U.S. Before entering the executive search profession, she worked in the consumer packaged goods industry for more than twelve years. She held senior management positions with two Fortune 100 companies, Pepsico and Miller Brewing Company.

A representative list of clients includes Haagen-Dazs, Hasbro Toy Group, Arrowhead Water Co., Hexel Corp., Avebe, IKON Office Solutions, True Spectra and Dolby Laboratories.

Meredith graduated from the University of California, where she earned both a BA and an MBA.
