Monia joined the Brussels office of Boyden in April 2007 as a Senior Consultant.

She started her professional career in 1991 at Accor, the Paris-based European leader and one of the world’s largest groups in hotels and services. She was first based in Ghent, Belgium, then in 1993 promoted to the company’s Paris HQ. She held various management positions which included the successful roll-out of the company’s worldwide corporate loyalty program and a one-year assignment to Accor’s Moscow operations to introduce and implement the company’s high-class operational standards in a challenging environment.

Prior to joining Boyden, she acquired nearly 10 years of experience in Executive Search, handling search and selection assignments for a major recruitment firm. She was based in Frankfurt, London and Brussels, developing successful recruitment programs for domestic and international companies at senior executive level. She led recruitment programs in a wide range of industries, including Pharma, Transport and Logistics, FMCG and Financial Services.

She enjoys a particularly successful track record in searching, screening and helping to contract local executives for global corporations in the ITC industry (Information and Telecommunications).

She is fluent in English, French, German and Dutch as well as Arabic.
