Natalie is dually responsible for business development and delivery of senior roles out of the Boyden Dubai office.

Natalie began her career as a commissioned officer in the Royal Australian Navy (RAN).  Trained as a Supply Officer, she gained experience in various supply chain, operations and staff roles, including tenure as Aide-de-Camp to an Admiral.

A twelve-month sabbatical from the RAN afforded Natalie the opportunity of gaining experience with a leading Aerospace, Defence and Infrastructure recruitment firm in the UK. Upon returning to Australia, she resigned her commission from the RAN, and successfully transitioned into a recruitment and search career.  Spanning eight years, Natalie’s experience has seen her recruit senior management and functional leadership roles for multinational clients across multiple sectors, including Manufacturing, FMCG, Property Development, Defence & Aerospace, Utilities, Infrastructure, Professional Services and Retail.

Natalie is passionate about talent acquisition and integrated talent management, and strives to provide sustainable talent acquisition solutions aligned with clients’ organisational culture, values and business objectives.

Natalie has a BA from the University of New South Wales, Australian Defence Force Academy.
