Niels Ishøj conducts assignments for executives, middle management and specialist positions for Danish and international clients within various lines of businesses, such as Technology – hardware, software and services and Telecommunications.

With more than 15 years of management and sales experience in both national and international companies in Denmark and abroad, Niels has a substantial knowledge regarding many organisational challenges and in the importance of seeking, maintaining and developing the right people in the right positions.

Niels represents a solid experience from various managerial positions within Retail - consumer electronics and IT e.g. infrastructure, security, storage, hardware - and software sales. Previously in his earlier career, Niels was overall responsible for 22 Merlin stores and 230 employees. Latest Niels held a position as Sales Director in Dell Denmark where he also was member of the Senior Management Team.
