Olav v. F. Kieler has been working in executive search since 1994. Before joining the Boyden organisation in 2000, he was associated with J. Friisberg & Partners IIC Executive Search and previous to this, was a partner in Bronée & Partners Management Consultants.

From various assignments, both in Denmark and internationally, he has a solid and wide experience in conducting search within manufacturing in general, consumer goods, finance and life science a.o. on executive and management level.

Prior to the executive search profession, Olav worked as a director and consultant within human resource development and recruitment. He has also held leading positions within export sales and marketing and additionally he represents board experience.

As a member of Boyden Leadership Assessment Practice Group, Olav has taken part in several international assessments and he has participated in the further development of the Boyden assessment concept.

Olav holds a B.Sc. degree in Business Economics and a Diploma in Organisation.
