Paul is a graduate of the University of Hertfordshire, UK with a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering and spent a number of years working in the engineering industry as a design engineer for Alstom and Peugeot Motorsport. He has been an executive search professional since 1996 since which time he has focused on ‘C’ level hiring and corporate resource management in Europe, US, and Middle East with a particular focus on the technology and oil & gas industries.
 
Paul has extensive experience of partnering with multi-national organizations to achieve their resourcing objectives, giving him a high-level strategic understanding. Having operated as a principal search consultant focusing on the Middle East and USA between 1998 and 2002, he has since held director positions which include the management of large resource teams on-site in some of the UK’s largest businesses.

As Business Development Manager at Boyden Middle East, he is responsible for holding the high-level relationships with customers and ensuring the successful execution of executive search assignments. An expert networker, he has relationships with some of the most influential executives in the Middle East covering real estate development, government, oil & gas, and technology industries.
