Mr. Reinberger is an experienced search professional with almost a decade of impeccable experience of placing executives with multinational companies in the Central and Eastern Europe region. Before joining Boyden, Pavel built an IT practice in the Czech Republic for a multinational executive search firm and later founded and successfully managed one of the most influential search firms in the country.

Pavel graduated with a BS degree in Computer Science from State University at Buffalo in the US. Upon completing his studies, he began his career working in sales and project management roles for information technology multinational both in the US and the Czech Republic.
