Pedro A. Del Valle

Pedro del Valle is the Managing Director of Boyden’s Buenos Aires Office.

He brings an extensive search experience in a wide range of industries for all functional positions including General Management assignments. Before joining Boyden he worked for more than 12 years for another leading international executive search firm as Research Director. Previously Mr. del Valle managed his own farming operation in Argentina and Uruguay and a retail store chain oriented to tourism. During this period he also worked as a Consultant to clients in the farming industry in Argentina and Uruguay.

Educated at San Agustín School, he holds a BS degree in Agribusiness from UADE and a EDP from IAE – IESE, all out of Buenos Aires.

Mr. del Valle was born in Buenos Aires and has dual citizenship from Argentina and Uruguay. He speaks fluent English and Portuguese and has basic command of French.
